Jessica L. Jarosz MBA, Founder & President

Jessica is a lead consultant at R7 Consulting. Renaissance 7, or R7, specializes in helping organizations of all sizes with strategic business solutions. With professional services such as growth management, strategic planning, marketing strategy, change management, and temporary CXO placement, R7 works with clients to drive bottom-line profits.
Prior to R7, Jessica proudly served the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Emerald Coast, a $4.5M organization with over 100 employees, in the capacity of President & CEO. In this role, she was responsible for working in partnership with the Corporate Board of Directors of the BGCEC to carry out the mission of the Clubs in Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton counties through visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight - ever keeping the inspiration and empowerment of Club kids at the heart of her decision-making. Simultaneously, she served as President/CEO of The Boys and Girls Clubs of the Emerald Coast Foundation, where she managed a $35M asset portfolio.

With over 20 years of experience as a small business leader and advocate, Keith consults to several small businesses, across a variety of industry sectors, with his core strengths in operations management and strategic growth planning and development. While focusing and channeling the enthusiasm of entrepreneurs, and simultaneously recognizing that small business is the driver of economic health, Keith’s goal is to strategically guide the growth of small companies to new levels of revenues and earnings, while implementing management control systems that help mitigate the risk and uncertainty often associated with rapid growth.
Precision Measurement, Inc. (PMI) is the most recent beneficiary of Keith’s strategic direction, increasing revenues by 233% in three years, while maintaining double-digit earnings, and re-investing an average of more than 10% of annual revenues back into the company’s capability growth and enhancement. Under Keith’s guidance, PMI has achieved back to back supplier awards from its largest customer, The Boeing Company, which places a premium on excellence in its Supply Chain.
Keith’s experience is centered on a 20 year history of working with a number of Defense and Aerospace Contractors, both large and small. His areas of specialty include Program and Project Management, Program Definitization, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, and Management Control Systems Compliance. Further, Keith has successfully initiated Phase I SBIR (Small Business Innovative Research) topics for subsequent awards, and has transitioned Phase I “Proof of Concept” contracts, to Phase II “Development” awards in the SBIR program.
Beyond the overall management capabilities, Keith also has detailed understanding and hands-on experience of the day-to-day operations a small business owner faces, such as Cost Accounting, Payroll and Taxes, Cash Flow Management, Human Resources, Subcontract Administration, Purchasing, Estimating, Contract Development and Negotiation and Proposal Writing.
